Training

Because a.k.a.® is so easy to use many users think that training is unnecessary. However, there are many ways to do things in a.k.a.® and through training we will be able to assist you in finding the best way to suit your particular requirements. Our training methodology ensures that we address development methodologies first then match system functionality to your needs.

Our courses combine instruction on records management best practice through the use of a.k.a.® software. a.k.a.® training makes extensive reference to methodologies advocated in the Standard for Records Management ISO 15489.

a.k.a.® training is delivered by both Synercon consultants and accredited partners, all of whom are domain experts in the construction of records classification schemes and disposal schedules. Not only will you receive training in a.k.a.® but you will also receive expert advice on records management practices. a.k.a.® training also enables you to share ideas and insights with qualified professionals who bring different experiences.
